This notice explains how Ventro Solutions Company uses and protects project-request details, and the choices available to you.

Purpose and basis

Ventro Solutions Company operates ventro.sa and its project-request form. We use the details to review your request, understand the project scope, and respond through your selected contact method.
We process these details with the consent you give when submitting the form and to take the steps you request before a contract. We do not use project-request details for marketing without separate consent.

The fields that are always required are your name, service, city, project brief, and acceptance of this notice. An email address is required when you choose email; a mobile number is required when you choose telephone or WhatsApp.
Organisation, venue, and expected date are optional. You may also provide an email address with telephone or WhatsApp, and email remains the default contact method.
We also record a random request identifier, language, submission and consent times. For abuse prevention, we create a hashed network-address fingerprint without storing the raw address.

Request details are available to authorised Ventro team members handling the enquiry. Cloudflare hosts the website and the D1 request database, and the data may be processed and stored across Cloudflare's global infrastructure according to the service configuration.
In the current configuration, request details are not sent to an ERP or external notification provider, and the website uses no marketing tracking or analytics tools. This notice must be updated before a new processing route is enabled.

We retain project requests for 90 days (three months) from receipt. An independent daily Cloudflare task then deletes them from the request database.
The rate-limit fingerprint becomes eligible for deletion after 24 hours and is removed by the same scheduled task. Operational logs contain only aggregate deletion counts and task status, not personal details. We use HTTPS, input validation and access controls.

You may request access to your details, a copy, correction, destruction after the purpose ends, withdrawal where consent is the basis, or make a complaint.
Email info@ventro.sa and include the request reference when available. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. We will act on a rights request within 30 days; where the regulations permit, this may be extended by a further 30 days with advance notice.
